 Take Care Of Yourself First – This might just be your morning walk, your breakfast, or five minutes of meditation, do something good for your soul. Make Small Tasks – Some goals are scored and this is an indication that small goals should also be set. Laughter – Make sure to have some list and cry with somebody or just gasp at some funny video from YouTube. Stop – Just savor the present – it could be your coffee as you sip or the person you care most about as you talk to them. Finally, wrap it with Self-assessment – When you arise from bed, take time and look into things that went positively throughout the day. Switching our attentions to these elements can assist in making us all happier people, on a day by day basis!
